Membership terms

Plans and billing

Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled with thirty days' notice. Annual plans are paid once and cost 10 months of the monthly price. Foundations is a one-off four-week course.

Freezing

Open Floor, Club and Coached members may freeze their membership for up to eight weeks in any twelve months.

Bookings and cancellations

Please cancel class bookings at least two hours before the start so the place can go to the waitlist.

Health and safety

Tell your coach about injuries or conditions that affect how you train, and follow the floor rules. If you are unsure whether exercise is right for you, check with a medical professional first.
