Walk into any lifting gym and the plates tell you what they weigh before you read the number. Red is twenty-five kilograms, blue twenty, yellow fifteen, green ten, white five. Lifters learn the code in a week and never forget it.

We wanted the timetable to work the same way. Before you book, you should know whether the hour ahead is a heavy barbell session or a slow, useful one on the mats.

The code

Barbell Club is red: the heaviest hour we run. Engine is blue: hard, paced conditioning. Rig & Ropes is yellow, Mobility green, and Foundations — where everyone starts — is white. Open Floor is iron, like the change plates: small, flexible and yours to load.

Why it matters

A balanced week has more than one colour in it. If your bookings are all red, you will find out the hard way why green exists. The colours make that visible at a glance, and they make it easy to plan a week that you can repeat next week too.
