Head coach, conditioning
Theo Adeyemi
Theo runs the engine room. His sessions are hard in a way you can measure, and he will tell you exactly why today's intervals are the length they are.

“If you can't repeat it next week, it wasn't training. It was a bad day.”
Theo trained as a rower before he coached one, and he builds conditioning the way rowers do: paced, logged and repeatable, so that fitter is something you can see on a screen.
He programmes Engine and Rig & Ropes, and looks after members coming back after time away. His first question is always what you want to be able to do in six months.
Three things Theo will say to you
- RowLegs, body, arms — and back again.
- Pull-upEarned in steps, never kipped early.
- CarryThe most honest test in the building.
